I'm not exactly a newbie (been brewing about two years), but not really experienced either so not sure where to ask this question.
I'm an "experimental archaeologist" and am very interested in 19th century recipes and techniques so would like some advice on these areas.
As I said, I'm not really that experienced so would like to start with something fairly simple.
Any ideas?
