15 Gallon MLT

Slowly putting together an AG system. I've got two 17 gallon aluminum pots for the HLT and BK. I'll be doing 10 gallon batches.

I'm considering one of these HDPE barrels for the mash tun. It is FDA rated. Of course it will need to be insulated and plumbed.

Has anyone ever tried this?

Q2-
Is a 15 gallon mash tun big enough for 10 gallon batches or should I go with 20?
