Glad it made it. Figured you should get the first box since you set this up. Boxes also went to Cali, FL and Ga with yours. The “local” boxes are getting picked up tomorrow morning.

Planning on packing everything up over the Thanksgiving weekend and shipping out on December 4th when I'll have a half a day off. Want to give them just a little more time in the warm closet to condition.

Just checked on the experimental batch (took the mini batches I made and threw bugs and cherries at it), my house culture didn't really sour it much (too many ibus), but the Brett sure has been hard at work

Changed plans an will ship a few out tomorrow. Kind of worried they're going to say something about the gurgling from within... Fresh yeast samples, anyone?

Bottled the whole keg of gruit last night, shipments will go out this week. ..just have to throw together some labels.

Shipped everything out this afternoon. Expensive!! Oh well, I think it's worth it to have a chance to sample all the awesome beers everyone has made.

@Auger should have a list of tracking numbers if the attachment worked properly. Didn't want to post that pic in the public forum...

Just a heads up, but I recommend waiting several weeks before opening one. Tried one last night and while it IS carbonating, it's just not there yet. Needs some additional time to condition. I'll open one a week of the remaining and keep everyone posted when they're ready.

I just boxed everything up. I ended up with an extra box. Derp, don't send one to yourself I taped two boxes together for the brothers.

@TBC, your Mistress arrived in fine condition... on Friday, I think. Pete and I were wrapping and packing up our boxes last night. Then his kid had to go and get engaged! I am at it again this morning. Should all be ready to go out tomorrow, but I will probably do a few Monday and a few Tuesday. Feeling @Easycreeper 's concern of 'yeast sample' suspicion.

Got my package from TBC on Saturday. There were three beers in there. I could have swore I only needed two each. DOH, it was three all along. That's what I get for going off of memory and not reading the first post.

Anyways, to make a long story short, I thought I had a enough aside so drank a few and gave a few. I have 26 beers. I apologize but I need 4 volunteers to take 2 of the Juniper Rye Bock and take another replacement beer/cider/HB in return. I apologize, I thought I had pulled it off without a hitch. Stupid Murphy and his law.

Knew I forgot something...

Pete brewed two separate batches. I believe they were the same recipe and fermentation schedule. He just wanted to note it that way. The 'X' was the first brew, I believe.

In case anyone was curious, either in this group or in future years, here's the shipping costs from Clearwater, FL. UPS Ground. Note that the second address there was mine, and two of the shipments were combined into one (to Staten Island).

Good call. Mine was within a few bucks, at about $122 total, also UPS ground. Good points of reference for folks getting into this in the future so no one's surprised.
