100% set up. Bottle or not

I've had an IPA in the primary 3 weeks today. Checked gravity 5-20 and had 1.007. Checked just now, already boiled the sugar, and I've got 1.006. Bottle or wait?
Today was the opportunity...

What was your estimated FG? If you hit it you should be fine. I usually keg after two weeks of fermentation unless I'm doing something high gravity or adding fruit or something along those lines. Obviously you want your FG to keep the same over a couple days, but I think you're good if you have no other choice but to bottle today.

Sounds stable to me, I would bottle it for what's it worth.

I bottle anything at or below 1.020. Go for it!
