1 gallon recipes

Does anyone have a good 1 gallon recipe you can share with me? Looking to do a small batch this weekend

Any recipe is a 1 gallon recipe. Just divide it. If it's a three gallon batch or a 5 gallon batch really doesn't matter, it can be divided into a smaller batch. The hops don't exactly scale but are definitely "close enough" in those size batches.
