1.5" Tri-clamp X 1/2" IPS Tee

I'm looking for a sanitary tri-clamp tee. I want at least two ends to be 1.5" Tri-Clamp, the other could vary, but I would perfer all three ends be 1.5" tri-clamp. The tricky part is that I want it to have 1/2" tube. I could go bigger, but the oulet of the pump is 1/2" and this will be down stream, so I want it to match. I want to stick to 1.5" tri-clamps since that is what the rest of the system is and I don't want to have a bunch of different size clamps and gaskets. Anyone know any pre-made sources?

I got some 2" TriClover with 1/2 " NPT nipples from him.
