Inkbird Radon Detector Launched in Canada. We're doing a free test for it (CANADA ONLY this month).
US members can also leave a comment and I'll contact you afterward when we open the test in the US

Radon is the #1 cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. You can't see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure. Exposure to high levels of radon in indoor air results in an increased risk of developing lung cancer. The risk of cancer depends on the level of radon and how long a person is exposed to those levels.
Through the Evict Radon National Study, we have identified the people of Canada as having the third highest radon exposure in the world. This means that Canadians are having radon exposures known to increase their lifetime risk of lung cancer.
It would also be a good addition to your garage, basement, cellar, and living room, continuously monitoring the radon level in the house.

Well if you did this a month ago when I was in my Canadian house….

Back in the US now so let me know if you decide to run a test here.

This Minnesotan (surrounded by granite, and presumably, Radon) would be interested in testing if you expand to the US...
Specific location: Hastings, MN, USA (also, we have granite tile in the basement, and a big-assed granite counter-top in the kitchen). I'm pretty much counting on the PFAs in my tap-water, and my mild alcoholism to kill me first...

Sure I'd be interested in testing this, would be curious if any measurable levels of Radon exist in my basement.

Hi HBT members, quick update for the Radon Detector testing, we now have new testing slots available this month (US&CA AVAILABLE)!

If you would like to test your home's radon test level, feel free to drop a comment below and I’ll get in touch!

I took advantage of the previous test period and have been monitoring Radon levels using the Inkbird Radon Detector in my home for almost a year now. The one thing that did surprise me were the fluctuations in Radon levels that exist at different times of the year (winter being the highest levels). Although readings are still within acceptable recomendations, its nice to see the house is being properly ventilated to reduce the levels. Anyway the unit is simple enough to use, just add batteries, and start montitoring,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, it's really valuable! 🙏 We're happy to hear that the Inkbird Radon Detector has been easy to use and has already given you helpful insights over the past few months.

The seasonal changes in radon levels can be quite surprising, and it's great to know your home is well ventilated to keep everything within safe limits. Your feedback helps others understand the importance of consistent monitoring, thanks again for being part of our testing program! 😊

Thanks for your interest in testing the INKBIRD Radon Detector. Currently, the free test is available in Canada. However, U.S. members can leave a comment, and you'll be contacted when the test expands to the U.S. Your proactive approach to radon safety is commendable

No tests in Scotland?
There's a lot of granite, and raydon in the Highlands.

Btw, I got one of these from Inkbird and it's a solid little bit of kit, have to say. It's been around the house so far and I now have peace of mind, that our radon gas is within normal range.
