This will show my process of brewing one gallon of all grain. This is a Punk IPA from Brooklyn Brew Shop and BrewDogs.

Heat 2 quarts strike water to 160. Place in paint strainer bag and mash in. Maintain temps at 152-144 degrees, for 60 minutes:

In my 2 gallon pot, I bring 4.5 quarts of sparge water to 170 degrees. After the hour mash place you bag of grains in the sparge water for 10 min stiring your grains ever so often.

After 10 minute sparge, pull up your grains and let the drain and squeeze.

Then combine your two pots and it is business as usual. One hour boil of your wort adding your hops.

Then an ice bath in the sink to cool. My ice did all melt.

It's not that bitter but it has a lot of hop flavour and aroma. Hoppier than the Stone equivalents for example. They've changed the recipe a couple of times, though. Punk and Hardcore are good beers to get cans of. Some of their barrel aged beers are really good toooo.
