    Anyone know approx how may limes it will takes to produce 2oz of lime zest? 6-8? Brewing a homemade recipe and want to add 2oz of fresh lime zest at end of the boil.

    Are there any containers at the local market that have flat bottoms that could be used with a stir plate? I have a cider container but it doesn't have a flat bottom and doesn't work with my home made stir plate.

    Imperial Nut Brown Yeast?

    I'm making a Imperial Nut Brown for my Birthday and have some Windsor Ale yeast from my last batch. Has anyone made a nut brown using this yeast strain? If these aren't a good combination, I may look at harvesting yeast from a commercial craft brown ale. Any recommendations. Thanks in advance

    Pressure Readings?

    What should be the average pressure reading on a high pressure gauge read when your tank is stored in the refrigerator with your keg? I am about 4 beers deep on my first keg and showing around 600psi. I was around 800psi at room temp after getting my tank filled.

    Jockey Boxes, worth the investment?

    Anybody own one? I was thinking seriously about building one until I read that it is recommended that you ice the keg in addition to filling the cooler with ice. Is it possible to use a room temperature keg and get a cold beer out of a box with 50' coil? Also, anyone tried using dry ice?
