    2 weeks fermentation good? Or should I wait longer? Belgian ale. It appears to be fully fermented, or almost fully fermented, as I don't see any bubbles going through the airlock, ever after watching it for a few minutes.

    How long will bottled beer last? The kind you put dissolved sugar in right before bottling. I'd imagine not as long as wine, since you aren't adding sulphites, although the CO2 would act as somewhat of a preservative. Will it last say 6 months - 1 year? TIA

    How long before I should see fermentation bubbles? I'm making an Ale, 1/2 gal wheat/LME with and using Wyeast, and have it in the primary now. I added the yeast at 79 deg and after I whisked for 4 minutes to blend in some O2. TIA

    When transferring the wort to the primary, should I leave out the sediment (from the hops, falvoring, etc)? or include it? And should I seal the lid on the primary, or is it OK to leave it on loose at first?
