    Fg complete 3 weeks in.. Cold crash now? Or let thr yeast clean up for 1 week

    ? 1.8 OG iipa, 3weeks in primary, pitched my dry hops yesterday... Was going to rack in five days. But it calls to cold crash it to 32 for a coulée days before Kegging... Wait or cold crash?

    Can you use tea as you base, worried about the caffein????

    I found a really good tea that i would love to try and replace my water in the wort boil with a blk tea. It has lime, coconut, and blk tea.. Is it ok to have caffein in the fermentation?? this is the only thing im worried about... you would have to sit down and drink some of this very tea...

    NoW I think the only reason she is mad is due to thr fact I couldn't give an explanation on what it meant... Doing what most swmbo's do, she expected this a bad term...     Primary exploded in 10 hrs

    So I leave it on the kitchen counter because it needs to 74f... Then can rest done to 71 which I can easily do in my unfinished basement... The airlock jammed in 8 hrs and hit the roof... Of coarse my wife found it first is ready to take my brewing license away... I used a large glass carboy...

    8 year old dry yeast... Revy?
