    pomegranate cream ale?

    I brew pomegranate wheats but am thinking about doing a cream ale, what do you think? The wheats come out great imo and all my friends.

    Kangen water system for brewing?????

    Alright for all you techie guy's, I have (just got) a Kangen water system and plan on using the water to see what diffence it will make. I have it set at a ph of 8.5, what do you guys think? Pro's con's etc etc. TIA

    Pizza crust!!!!!!!!!

    Not beer but the left overs from my all grain batches! My wife started making bread a while back and now she does pizza crust and tell you what it is great! I like mine thin and crunchy so it really works out great. Anyone else do this?

    Doing PM and just finished first batch and starting second

    Why do IPA's ferment stronger?

    I have about 60 batches under my belt and it always seems that IPA's always go crazy! Last night my other half woke me up and said get up your beer is going crazy!     LME storage

    I do all grain and mini's and keep all my grains in the frig but what about LME? Does it hurt anything? I bought enough for a few months supply and would hate to ruin anything. They are sealed in plastic containers and the frig I keep at about 40f (I love a really cold beer) Thanks

    Bottling question/ sugar

    There was a video on youtube about putting sugar (1/4 to 1/2 tbsp) per bottle instead of boiling the sugar in water and adding it to the beer. What are the pros/cons of this method? TIA

    Emergency I got some powder cleaner in my 2nd fermentor

    Well I went and cleaned the secondary and went and siphoned to the secondary bucket but after I did this I noticed I still had some of the crystals on the wall of the bucket! Is the High Gravity 2 power cleanser no rinse. Is my batch trash? **** **** ****! TIA
