    Aerobic fermentation

Doing a project in Microbiology, we have two set-ups, aerobic and anaerobic. We are calculating alcohol using specific gravity, does this still apply for the aerobic set up as not all of the yeast will be metabolizing the sugar into ethanol. Basically I'm asking would the same equation...

Okay, I kind of understand what you are saying, does this mean that yeast will not convert any of the creatine at all?

    Creatine and Yeast

    Quitting Smoking

I gave up smoking 3 years ago by getting into the gym and getting really fit, i'm now addicted to training and healthy eating. You need to find a hobby that you can give alot of attention to to take your mind off it. Also get rid of anything smoking related in your house.

Hey everyone, Me and my housemate have decided to try and brew our own cider (between studies). We're going out tommorow to get some basic equipment to get started, not sure at all what we're doing! No doubt I will want to use some of the expertise from you guys :)
