Don't worry about it. You can reuse them as long your beer stay carbonated. Just clean them, you don't have to sanitize bottle cap.

Back in the 80's, my father brewed with a cloth over his bucket. Beer tasted bad but the canned kits of the time were more the culprit than his brewing technique.

I don't take it apart to clean it. The spigot is big enough to clean with a small brush. I'll try to ask him how he does it next time I pass by. I was surprised to see that there was no one on this forum with a carboy similar to mine. I was thinking this technique was much more popular.

My carboy has one with a spigot. The owner of the store where I bought it sell them this way. It looks well made but I take very care of it.

I asked more information about this product to the company that distribute it in Canada. The product is simply Logic's One Step no rinse cleanser branded for the canadian market. I hope this information will be useful to someone.

Sunday I pitched my batch with this yeast and everything is fine, got kreusen after 1 day. Same lot number than everyone who had problems. I suppose not every packets of this lot are bad.
