    Basic question

    I made a Cider from the apples I bought on my honeymoon. I plan to keep it and open it on our first anniversary. Can I keep it in its primary fermentation jar for a year or should i bottle it at some point and keep it that way?

    Too much honey?

    Need advice on tea infused brew

    I'm looking into infusing a Blueberry Hibiscus Tea into an Amber Ale I'm brewing. I'm looking for advice, input, even opinions. I'm brewing a 5 gallon batch, I think I want to start by using half of it for this experiment. So 2.5 gallons. How much tea do I use? How long do I let it ferment inside?

    Quick question before i bottle

    Im using carbonation drops, and i want to use liters. 1 drop = 12oz bottle. 1liter = 33.8oz 3 drops = for 36oz. Should i break down the carbonation drops or can i go for 3 drops in each liter?

    After Fermentation?

    After primary fermentation, can i just throw the stuff at the bottom down the drain? I know i could Reuse the yeast by washing it and all but im not looking to do that this time.

    If I open a packet of yeast, do i have to use it all right away?

    HELP, Dropped straw into fermenter!

    I dropped a straw into the fermenter, I was using it under my cone so the wort wouldn't burp up. Slipped inside, is it ok to leave in there for weeks? Any recommendations?
