    Applesauce to make Wine?

    I have canned approx. 30 mason jars of applesauce in November and was wondering if it was possible to use some of the applesauce to make wine? I have jars with cinnamon and some without. All properly canned in sterile jars. Let me know if you have ever heard of doing such a thing. Thanks

    Bottling with the Fastferment

    I am ready to bottle my beer and I have a bag of sugar that came with my kit that I have to add before I bottle. Do I add it to the Fastferment and stir until dissolved then add beer to bottles and cap or do I add the sugar to the bottle and fill bottle?

    Fastferment conicle fermentor

    Hi, I am making a lager beer and using my Fastferment conicle fermentor for the first Time. I pitched the yeast (Saflager W-34/70) on top of the 5 gallons of wort between 52 and 55 degrees. 24 hours later I have no fermentation activity. Is this unusual? Thanks
