Would like opinions on what you all think is a very helpful book for beginners and beyond beginners too.

Thanks

Can't go wrong with
john palmers, how to brew

But the best place for endless info is right here on this forum

I have to agree this site has endless information and it's great that everyone like yourself are willing to help us beginners.I got the biggest kick out of tasting my beer from the primary to the secondary. Can't wait to bottle.

Thanks

Not a beginners area and not a book but it could/should be

Braukaiser's website and wiki are a seemingly never ending trove of well researched and/or evidence based brewing information.

Far more information than you are likely ever to need or put into practice but if exploring the fundamental science behind brewing (especially German methods) floats your boat you won't find a better source IMO.

Wiki and blog are below.

Palmer's book is good, I still refer to it on a regular basis and I've been brewing over 2 years now. You can focus on what you need from his book based on how you are brewing now. Later as you expand, grow, change etc... you can still refer to back to it.
