    IPA recipe turned out weird

I think OP wanted to make an American style IPA and used a British recipe and got what sounds like a good EIPA. I'm going with Yoop on this one.

Noobs 1st brew, don't worry I'm not asking if I should dump it!

Im thinking you're alright. Positive air pressure is a hell of a thing.

    Congrats, welcome to the tribe.

    Second attempt

^ Check the gravity. Also, give it some time as well. Slow starts are nerve racking, but kick back, drink a beer, and just wait.

New to BIAB, looking for an easy recipe

Yeah make sure that whatever program you use, if its not designed with BIAB in mind, you account for the fact that BIAB is a different animal then 3 vessel brewing.

    First batch questions

It sounds like it's doing just fine. Throw a blanket over top of it if you think its a little too cool. But I don't think that anything is going wrong. Grab a beer, sit back, and let it ride.

Does anyone brew batches smaller than 5 gallons?

I brew exclusively small batch. (mostly because I don't have the space to ferment carboys, or keg 5 gallons for that matter) Experimentation is one of the biggest perks of small batch brewing. I brewed a 2.5 gallon batch of ginger beer over the summer, and I took it to the extreme. 2 pounds of...

    BIAB- High F.G. Problem

I had this problem a couple brews ago. I was freaking out thinking i had some bad yeast. Turns out, my thermometer was not doing its job and I mashed way too high (Probably around 158). The beer was sweet and thick.

    What's in your fermenter(s)?

Ive got two different oatmeal stouts chugging along right now. Both are my holiday beers. One with cinnamon, nutmeg, and some all spice. The other with a quarter puck of Abuelita's hot chocolate.

10 Ways to Revitalize your Little Brown Keg

My brewbuddy, has about 6 of these, we both ferment in them simply because space constraints.

    No Squeeze Sparging

Thats an awesome process, I think im going to adopt the bucket sit as a part of my brew day.

    No Squeeze Sparging

This is definitely piquing my interest. Every time I brew with my brew buddy, I want to sparge, he doesn't. He a squeeze it like it owes him money kind of guy. I'm interested to see if there really is a noticeable difference.

Bottling with the Help of Dry Ice

This is an interesting read. Its got that going for it, but I do have to agree with others, it seems as though it may be overkill.
