Complete Noob

Hey everyone!

My name is Matt and I am a complete Noob. Decided to try my hand at making some cider on a whim (its merrily bubbling away on week two of fermentation). Im using the 1 gal glass bottle the blackberry cider (there label, not mine) and an airtrap and bung that my brother bought me.

Planning on spending alot of time here to get my knowledge level up, and hopefully sharing some experience, once I get some.
