    Rubber Gasket on Regulator stem

I have a problem. I thought I might be having a leak where the regulator stem attaches to the CO2 bottle. At the very end of the stem is a rubber gasket. I pulled it out and was going to replace it. Holy mother of god I can't get the new or the old gasket back in the grove no matter what I try...

How much priming sugar in 5 gal keg?

I'm brewing right now. I have no more room in my kegerator. I would like to put this batch, after fermentation and secondary into a corny keg. I can not refrigerate. I want to add priming sugar to the keg and let sit at room temp. How much do I put and will this work? Thanks, Don

This would put the IPA I have in the secondary there for almost 3 weeks. Is this ok? I guess I could transfer it to the keg...

    Kegged beer / Bottles

My first batch is going in my keg and I will carbonate with CO2. If I wanted to bottle, say 6-10 bottles can I pour from my chilled, carbonated keg into those bottles and cap for future drinking? Will they be fine? Thought I might save a few bottles of every keg for future sampling. I'm sure...

    New from Tennessee

Just joined the forum to get back up to speed on brewing. Almost 20yrs ago I was introduced to brewing beer and now have the time to start again. I have a batch of IPA in the primary right now, looking forward to my first batch. Anyone else from Tennessee or N. Georgia? :mug:
