    My keeper keeps cycling every 10 minutes for 1 minute. i have a collar which is insulated and a fan on the lid pointing down. its always room temperature in the room that its located in am i doing something wrong here? are there special settings i need to put? change fan location?

    Missing Pre-boil gravity (help)

    my pre-boil gravity was lower than estimated. it was estimated at 1.051 and i recorded 1.031. For my mash i measured my volumes for mashing and single batch sparge correctly. i sparged for 5 mins (stirring), vorlaufed for then drained. am i missing something?

    Lower Final Gravity Than Expected

    i brewed an IPA and i Mashed my grains at 156 degrees for an hour as recommended on BeerSmith. my final gravity was estimated to be at 1.017 and when i checked today the 13th day of fermentation it was at 1.010-1.012. Is my beer bad now? or is it gonna be ok?
