    need advice- installing a trailer hitch

    I tried to install a trailer hitch this afternoon but was unable to get any of the bolts to thread into any of the holes on the vehicles frame. The holes are pre-tapped. Its a newer vehicle but I think there is enough corrosion that the bolt just wont bite into that first thread. Anyone have...

    Ok to store CO2 tank in freezing temps?

    I keep my spare CO2 tank in the garage and since I live in the upper midwest, it's pretty cold. The garage is insulated so it never gets below 20-25 and usually 30+ degrees out there. Am I ok keeping it in the garage?

    Starter for a few hours worth it?

    I'm making a smaller red ale (1.045ish) this afternoon using a Wyeast smack pack. Would it be worth it to whip up a starter and let it sit on the stir plate for a few hours? I usually make them a day or two early, but plans changed and I can brew this afternoon.

    Forgot to stabablize kegged cider

    I just back sweetened and kegged my cider, but I forgot to sorbate/k-meta. Its all kegged up and in the keezer at~39 degrees. Should I add sorbate and/or kmeta now or should I just leave it and trust that the refrigeration will prevent any further fermentation.

    kegged cider wont carbonate at 12PSI

    Im new to kegging and have only used the "set and forget" approach. I kegged a cider 10 days ago at 12 psi and it just isnt carbonated. I confirmed that its under pressure and pours from the faucet just fine. It's just flat. What gives? Will it ever carbonate?
