    Fermentation

    IPA Question

    Made a white IPA. The beer has a yeasty after taste which I don’t mind however wonder what causes this. I actually kinda like it.

    Add Citrus

    Question. I have a white IPA that is a little wheaty and thought before I bottle I would like to add some tangerine or zest or something. I have never done that so not sure if I can do this now that the beer has finished or how. I appreciate your response.

    Priming Sugar Question

    Hello, I have a priming sugar question. I bought 5oz of priming Sugar for a 5 gallon batch. I ended up somehow with 4 gallons of beer to bottle. The question is do I add water to make 5 gallons or cut the sugar to 4 oz? Thanks.
