    Sestos pid problems

    I bought Sestos D1S-VR pid and after assembling it I wasn't successful in doing the automatic calibration - it went up in small beats beyond the temperature I set and came to a boil. Stayed boiling for several hours until I gave up (I did the process twice ...). The explanation page is terrible...

    Hi. Unexpected low efficiency in my last brew. Stout, grain bill 3.920 kg - 3kg pale ale, 420 gr roasted barley, 250 gr chocolate, 250 Caramel 150, 0.5kg oatmeal. Tmp 67 c, 60 minutes. Why???

    All grain vs extract

    Big problem

    After adding the yeast I found out that I have forgot to add the extract malt to the mash:( Boiled it in another pot,cooled it and added to the bucket. What will happen? Infection?

    Problem???

    Blond ale. Crystal yeast. 24 hr of very good fermentation at~ 28 celius. Today nothing no bubbles 😠😢😤

    Low OG

    By mistake I poured 23L to an IPA extract instead of 20L. My OG is 1.044 😢 If l 'll end with FG 1.010 it will give me only 4.4%. Too low for IPA, what can I do?

    Fermentation so long...

    Started fermenting my cider 10 days ago at level of 1.040 Today I've checked and it was 1.030. It is my first cider - what should I expect? When can end fermenting (level/time)?
