Dry Hopping in Keg = Hazy beer?

Never dry hopped in the keg before. I had a crystal clear IPA that was getting a bit old in the keg and I wanted to freshen up the hops a bit. Added 3oz of dry hops in a stainless mesh cylinder . The beer while hoppier now looks like orange juice. Is this typical? Will it eventually drop...

Constantly getting over attenuation with starters.

So I've had this issue for a while. I'll make a 1L starter for a brew that has a OG of around 1.050-1.069ish Even so, I'm over attenuating by 5 - 8 points almost every time. My last pale ale, WLP001 OG 1.055 Expected FG 1.011 Actual 1.005 My last wheat ale. WLP320 OG 1.048 Expected FG...

Just finished my 5 Tap Frigidaire 7.3 cu/ft build this weekend. 2x8 Collar gives just enough room to fit the 5th keg on the compressor hump, pretty sure I coulda squeezed a 6th in there but I didn't want it to be crazy crowded in there. External 20LB CO2 Tank running to a Taprite 5 way...

    Help with water report

here's my local water report: http://www.gswater.com/southwestCCR/ I've run the numbers through EZ Water and Bru'n Water. I'm going for a IPA profile. EZ water kinda makes sense, Bru'n makes my head hurt. I can't seem to make sense that I'd need in upwards of 6ml of 88∞ lactic...
