    Basic keg setup. Corny, 5 lb c02. picnic dispenser. Got an IPA in there now. In my back room, it's getting colder now so that room fluctuates from about 15-3 degrees C. It's been at about 18 psi for just over a week. Still flat. Does this seem normal

    Going for something not too bitter. APA style 9 lb 2 Row 1.5 Munich 1 Crystal 60 1 oz Amarillo at 60 .75 Cascade at 5 Saf 04 yeast. Considering orange zest at the end and lose the cascade and replace with amarillo for aroma as well.

    Alright, I made some changes. I am aiming for a spicy bitter IPA. 2 lbs of rye. 8 ozs of crystal upped the warrior to 1 full oz hallertau 1 oz at 20 mins 1 oz of cascade at 5 the rest of the recipe remains the same
