I think we got ourselves a new brewery!!

I understand...time for me to change out my gas valve.

Interestingly enough, I brewed the 1914 Courage RIS with A10 recently and have 4 pint yeast slurries and am thinking about doing a bitter this weekend with one of the pints. This left me wondering what the A10 would do on a bitter. Regardless I'll give it a go and see what happens.

I've visited a few times and always enjoyed the Old German Beer Hall downtown. Hofbrau beers and Usinger brats...you can't go wrong.

I'm going to brew SUABP 1914 Courage Imperial Stout this coming weekend. I decided to go with Imperial Yeast A10 Darkness and was wondering what experiences folks had with this yeast.

Hands down for me, Journey they suck

Daughter was about 4 at the time. We're up north at a friends cabin and went on a pontoon ride, she loved it. We got back and 10 minutes later she says to my buddy - "can we go on another pooton ride?"

Awesome! My pics were taken in Alaska on a flight from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay where I worked for 4 + years.
