The couple I've been to around the country have all had a good selection of beers. Wings are good? You have to try to make them bad. The menu and food have never been good enough to compel me to return.

Yuck! Sometimes science can be over done. Where's the art in that? (I find brewing the cross between cooking and baking. With baking its measure, mix and pray. Cooking is adjust along the way. Brewing is the combo of the two.)

I did a quick wheat extract beer last week or there abouts. I did a late addition extract, so the hops (pellets) were in for the full 60 minutes. Using just the hops, the color was rather dark at time for extract. How does Budwieser make such a pale beer?
