    Corny keg pressure

    I hook my finished beer up to the CO2 and blast it at 30psi while rolling it on it’s side for a full 5 minutes. Then I put it in my chest freezer for 3 hours and it’s got good carbonation and is ready to go every time. This is the burst carbonation method.

    No I don’t know how to by pass using my water softener system. I have been doing just fine using bottles spring water. So you think this water is just too much of a hassle. When I enter it into brewers friend just a little gypsum puts it all in the green okay range.

    I know this thread is super old but I’ve never rehydrated 05 and if my wort is above 1.05 I pitch two packs. I’ve always had bubbling within 12 hours. I know it’s supposed to be better to rehydrate but when using one that is specifically made so you don’t have to online to just skip it.
