I started my new festa brew today its my 3rd kit , I went to the bathroom and told my girlfriend to pitch the yeast and gently stir it in like just push it down, i came back and well she sterd the f*ck out of it lol.. now i am scared that she possibly killed the yeast maybe or something because...

its a festa brew wheat beer that is in my secondary right now.

so im good to add it to the keg and then put it in a warmer place and ill be fine even without co2 purging it with my tank? also it could take up two a week or two to get my co2 tank so a week maybe two without co2 in the keg will be fine?

i want to put my beer in my keg but i dont have my co2 tank ready will it make my beer bad if it sits in the keg for a few days and let it naturaly carbinate using priming sugar untill my co2 comes in?

so i got a keg and want to fill it with my new wheat beer i am making but my co2 tank has not arrived and it should be in within a week or two:S but my beer is ready to be bottled or kegged so i was planing on using priming sugar and keg it and let it sit to be carbinated, but i am worried...

I know that i can put a hole in the fridge but i dont want to LOL that was the whole point of disconecting if i can.

I am buying a keg with a co2 tank and it doesnt fit in the fridge I was wondering if it was okay to always disconnect the co2 and re connect it when I want to poor beer?

ya i think i would carb without it. it would be the same way as when i bottle right?
