    I just finished a SNPA clone all geain OG 1.046, but I'm not sure how long to ferment it. I'm planning to ferment it for 1 week, then rack to secondary fermentor and dry hop. My question is do I second ferment for 1 or 2 weeks? Thanks

    Hello, I bottled my Brown ale yesterday, but today I noticed some whitish film on top of the beer. Its very dense and if you move it it sticks to the sides of the bottles. Any Idea what that is? Thanks

    Here in Mexico, I can only find fermentis yeast, in my LHBS and online shops. but i see everyone talking about wyeast. Is theret a real diference? I see there is a lot more strains of yeast from wyeast than fermentis. Thanks
