    Thank you. The cooling coil was on the fermenter. It was taken right after racking. I noticed some mold on wood near that fermenter, it may have been some mold in the neoprene jacket. I mean that the beer hit its target final gravity.

    Hello, I have this Bee honey I bought. I want to add it after primary fermentation but it has some bubbles in it, I am worried that this bubbles will produce oxidation to my beer. Has anyone done this? I am thinking of adding it at flameout instead. Thank you.

    Fermenting Imperial Stout taste

    Hello, I tasted my fermenting imperial Stout today, it is the 5th Day of fermentating and it tasted too strong. The gravity reading was 1.032. Is it ok to taste that strong at this time? Las time I brew this one I tasted it after 10 days and it tasted better.

    Hello my friends. I pitched dry yeast straight from the pack. It was the last remaining of a 500g pack. Right after that I realices it was s05. The yeast was still floating and I took it out with a spoon. Then I pitched S04

    Fermentation´s first day at 50° is yeast dead?

    Hello, I forgot to change the temperature setting on the controller yesterday. And today when I remembered the reading was on 50° F. Do you think the yeast could be alive and working when it gets to 68° ?
