    Some trouble shooting help

So I was working on a Cali Common using WLP810 and had bottom fermenting work looking normal, On day 5 I got some top fermenting action and my only guess is that my Carboy wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be and some WLP001 got in there. What are your contrarian/"unpopular" beer opinions?

Beer abv by in large is too high, I think for the sake purely of inebriating low brow craft brew drinkers. Because of which I think a lot of craft breweries sacrifice complexity, freshness and quality for just boozyness

    Religion, politics, and secondary...

I was under the same thought that you were under, I've talked to a lot of the local brewers/brewpubs in the area and they have all said that they skip secondary for the reasons Blue house brought up.

Risy1 a many of many trades!

Hey HBF My name is Risy and I'm from the Inland Empire of Southern California. I live really close to San Bernadino... Ya know... I'm avid drinker, and a newer brewer. My first beer that I made was a single hopped Amarillo IPA that has horrible note taking on it, and random adjustments...
