    Getting married and hopefully emptying all ten of the kegs if beer I've brewed for the occasion.....I'll have to brew a bunch after as I'm completely out of beer for myself now!

    Probably would be fine since you're boiling the wort in it anyway. However, they well likely exchange no problem. I bought a triclad bottom 80 qt one, they had a sale, it ended, I sucked it up and bought it at the higher price...and then they dropped the price again right after i ordered it...

    How to make a stout

    It won't be roasty enough with the amount of black or roasted malt in a black ipa kit to make a stout. Should have waited or made a black pale ale

    Does anyone brew more than 5/6 gallons at a time?

    Buy the biggest pot you can afford! I do 10-13 gallon batches can do 15 -17 gallons on my current setup...have done 5 gallon batches with my 20 gallon pot no problem

    Gluten is a protein amd a fairly large molecule....not really that hard to eliminate from sources if you're careful

    Today's with a collar. My 7 cu ft freezers fit 4 ball lock without any collar, 5 with a collar...pin locks 3 without a collar, 4 with.
