    Recently kegged my first lager. I kegged it for 3 days at 30 psi, then down to 10. I also have it stored at 42 degrees, with bev tube about 7 ft in length. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it comes out all foam. Is there any suggestions, or fixes? Please help. Thanks

    I had just transfered to secondary, after a 3 day rest at room temp. I had in keezer at 46 degrees, and dropping, when power went out over night. The probe, which is in a glass of water, says 58 degrees. Is the temperature change over night a concern? Thanks

    I used 6.66 lbs of extra light dme. OG 1.065 Gravity now 1.10. Should i be worried? Thanks for all the help so far, much appreciated.

    fermenting temps may have went high to about 80, not sure if that makes a difference. i just put secondary in basement around 65.
