    Bringing back wine from Europe.

I got stopped at the border for being over the personal limit of spirits. I had to go in and pay the fine/tax. I believe it was $2.85/liter, which still worked out to be cheaper than I could buy in the states. I was more than a little nervous, when I was walking into the customs building to...

Can anyone recommend a good string trimmer?

I worked in a mower shop for 2 years, the number one problem that we saw was old/bad gas in carburetors. On the fuel front check your area to see if anyone sells gas without ethanol. Here it runs a little more than premium. If you can get it use that for all your small engine needs...

Can anyone recommend a good string trimmer?

Echo. Stihl are a nightmare to work on if you ever need anything done. Take a look around your area at the local lawn services, Here at least most use Echo exclusivly, they use them every day and they last for years. It should be no problem for a homeowner. Just remember to drain gas if...

need advice- installing a trailer hitch

See if you can get a wire brush mounted in a drill, Run it thru the hole a few times then try bolts. Also are you 100% sure the bolts are the correct size and thread pitch for the holes? Some Standard and Metric look pretty similar but won't interchange.

    Used mowers

Yep, I worked at a mower shop one summer. The shop I was at even charged a 10% green mower tax. They are a pain in the a$$ to work on and to get parts for, and there are no manuals, schematics, etc available unless you are a Deere Dealer. They also had to pay full retail for parts ordered...

Are the Yellow Pages still relevant?

A guy I work with, collects all the old phone books when they pass out the new copies. He keeps a stack of them in his office to rip in half when he gets frustrated.

    The Interview

I vote we send Dennis Rodman, Miley Cyrus, Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, maybe get Canada to throw in Justin Bieber, and send them all on a one way trip to NK.

    The Interview

I would guess Sony pictures is probably doomed anyway. The email and info releases, gave actors/actresses a bunch of negotiating leverage, if they even choose to work for sony anymore. I think they are pissing off segment of the public, by pulling the film as well. While I probably would not...

    Pranks

A guy in my dorm brought home a girl one Friday evening. He then proceeded to pass out naked, apparently before anything happened. She was somewhat pissed when she left, and left the door to his room open. The prankster on our floor saw this, and went in the guys room and drew a mustache...
