We started planning in April of 2016 and last night was our very first night with the doors open. I have two other partners with me and I don't see how anyone could do this on their own or as a part time gimmick. Our budget came in around 130K and that was cheap because our GC allowed us to do a...
Always keep at least two of any measuring devices like hydrometers and thermometers on hand. Also, if something goes awry, don't panicked. Check HBT/Google first before doing anything. Chances are it already happened to other peeps too. Lastly, good luck and enjoy the journey!
I use that yeast in my Tripels and they go for 28 days in the fermenter before racking. I let them set at 70 degrees with no crashing at all and the beer comes out crystal clear and is amazing. :mug:
I've used the 9326 along with Vic Secret in a DIPA. The beer turned out great, but I was having difficulty in seeing what the 9326 was bringing to the table. I still have a bit in the freezer and may do a pale ale with just the 9326 to get a better feel for it.

That hop schedule looks good for them. I've been doing an awesome IPA using the X331 in FW, WP and lots of DH. It's an amazing hop. Great aroma and flavor in the beer. 5 gallons only will last 5 days when my buddies get a hold of it.
Longtime lurker here and this is my first time posting on this forum.
I'm in as well. This seems really interesting and I liked a lot of what I read about the brewery, their story and what they're doing for beer in that part of the world.
I currently have a bottles of an awesome Belgian...
