Can anyone shed some light on how they use the Spike Flex + with the sight glass accessory? Do you attach it before or after the butterfly valve? Or maybe to the sample port? This is what I’ve done so far. Or do you use it for Dry Hopping also? Not much out there about this that I could find...

Finally got around to brewing my Oktoberfest... I pitched a packet of OYL-107 about 48 hours ago... I had the temp at 56 degree but it showed no signs of activity in the airlock or no Krausen... Has anyone used this type? I raised the temp up to 58 to see if that would do anything but still...

Wet Dog smell went away after 3-4 pours. Rest of the beer smelt just like a Blue Moon! = Success!
