i started yesterday on the 31st, but fell asleep and didn't finish the boil until this morning at 7am, added yeast...so it's beer now!

For consistency with past years, beer only in this thread. Cider, wine, and mead all have separate threads. Previous years have been amount in the fermenter, one yeast is pitched it's legally beer.
