The recipe -- HERE -- is a fantastic version of an APA. So tasty, so citrusy, and the orange peel matches perfectly with the cascade.

This is destined to become one of my house beers. I'm really excited about trying it dry hopped next time.

Looks nice. I have been debating on using that recipe as well. I would probably go with some warrior or simcoe at 60 min for more bittering but all in all, a great looking recipe. One question, does the orange shine through, or is it more of the cascade citrus that you taste/smell.

It's a combination of the two, though leaning way more to the realm of the zest than the hop. The hop lends a fresh flavor, the peel a sweet, oily mouthfeel and taste.

EDIT: I would bet that if you double (triple? quadruple?) the cascade, and do the same with the zest, you'd have a tasty hop bomb.

I'm about to keg my 2nd batch of this beer, everyone who tried it stayed around for another, It's one of my favorites now. I've been using about half of the peel from HBS and the other half from clementines. I used Amarillo as a bittering hop, I think this is my latest recipe/version:
