i would like to know what is the ideal temp for bottle conditioning the beer? i have it at a room temp in my basement around 65, 66, 67 F. is this ok? or not?
i have an american wheat and bohemian pilsner conditioning? any tip will be greatly appreciated.. new in homebrewing..

I agree. I used to carb/condition in my basement, 62-65 degrees, and I found they took a week longer than if I did it upstairs, which is 70-72 degrees. I carb/condition upstairs now. I'd move em upstairs. :tank:

70F or a little better is the norm for bottle carb/conditioning temps for 3 weeks typically. Lower temps will def take longer.
