Dual 120V Electric BIAB

Well I am in the planning/design of the eBIAB. Working through what I still need. Here is the preliminary electrical schematic. Am I missing anything here? I realized that I am missing the fuse before the PID. It will be there just didn't get translated from my hand sketches.

Initially the diagram, looks good, shouldn't have any problems as long as both circuits are GFCI protected. What size elements are you planning on using?

Elements are 1500W. I will probably drop the wire gauge to 12 just so I have the expansion capability in the future.

I am looking at the 2 Pole, 120V, 40 amp contactors from Auber (http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_31&products_id=130). What is the proper way to wire up the contactor? I understand the concept of the 240V wiring but need clarification for 120V.

Is one contactor able to switch both of the 120V circuits that I have, or would I need 2 contactors to do that?

You can do that. Just don't switch the neutral with the contactor and then use that contact set to control the other power source.

That is what I thought I could do. I just wanted to make sure before I went and did something stupid.
