Danstar Belle Saison

Brewed for my step-daughter and her gluten reduced diet. The base recipe was pulled together from hints on HBT. The hops were chosen from leftovers. Pear was step-daughter's request. Of the Danstar options, Belle Saison was chosen for the pear. Wort tasted good.

Rafikah Rose is the step-daughter's distance Arabian.

First taste: 16 July 2014.

Updates will be necessary! This does seem really good. Really interested how the pear pairs (ha) with the saison yeast.
