My experimental slot.
But for some leftover Carapils and Tettnang, all was suppled by Austin Homebrew, because they had everything. I like getting a fractional pound of Carapils to reduce my leftovers.

I sent the recipe by webform to Allagash. Their response was:
"Our brewmaster wanted me to let you know your plan looks good. You'll want to make sure the yeast that is added later is propped up in some starter wort so it is nice and happy when it is pitched.

Good luck, John! Let us know how your brew turns out."
