I would like a little feedback on both my recipes as well as what I'm planning on doing with them. They're both 5g batch size. The first is a rye pale ale and the second is basically the same, just an imperial ipa pitched on the first yeast cake. Pacman yeast.

Here's the first:
8.5 lb 2 row
And 1/2 lb each:
Rye malt
C40
CaraRye

1/4oz Simcoe (13.7%) 60 min
Then 1/2 of Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin (7.5%) at 10, 5 and dry hop

Mash at 150 for 90 min.
Pacman Yeast smack pack, no starter.
1.050
34.5 IBU
8 SRM
FG of 1.012

Now the second is basically the same, only bigger

14 lb 2 row
2 lb Rye
3/4 lb cararye
3/4 lb C10

1.5 oz Simcoe 60 min
Then one oz Simcoe and NS each at 10, 5 and dry hop.

1.088
83.8 IBU
11.5 SRM
And I'm getting 1.022 for FG on BrewR for android. But it doesn't take into account the low mash temp and the high attenuation of Pacman 72-78%

I'm hoping the IIPA doesn't come out with that high of final gravity.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
