I am just getting ready to use the new CFC for the first time. My current water temp is 66 degrees. What brew temperature can I expect the chiller to produce? In the summer the water is really warm. What is the best method to assist the CFC then?

Typical CFCs can get the wort down to coolant temp + 3-5F so running the coolant at full speed should have wort coming out at about 70ish. Feed the input with some icewater pumped from a submersible pond/sump pump when the tap warms up.
