So should I let it sit in the primary some more or is it safe to move it to the secondary?
 
I'd wait a week, especially if you must move it... but I'm not a big fan of secondaries, anyway.
 
If it has been at least 2 weeks, you should be fine moving it to secondary as long as you have hit your final gravity

I don't know...Has it reached final gravity yet?

You don't move it to secondary until fermentation is complete. OR you could do what quite a lot of us do, and leave our beers in primary for 3-4 weeks, to let the yeast clean up after itself.
