Please offer your comments. What part of the stuff in the jug should be saved?

I have successfully washed yeast many times but this is a new one for me. This is Wyeast 1968 which I used for the first time. It is all "chunky and clumpy". The stuff on the surface does not fall out. The stuff on the bottom remains "chunky and clumpy" even when swirled and settles out almost immediately. There does not appear to be any hop residue in the slurry/chunks/clumps. I did use Irish Moss during the last 15 minutes of the boil. This photo was taken about 10 minutes after a good swirl.

Yeah, 1968 flocs like a mother. I would just do your best at rinsing and giving it a real solid swirl or even stir plate it to break it up and see if that helps seperate the yeast from the rest of the crap. If anything you will rinse out the old beer and clean that much of it up.
