Yeast Wash Layers Problem

I washed yeast for the first time, but I don't have three layers. I'm wondering if what I have is all yeast. I used US-05 and strained all pellet hops with a mesh strainer on brew day. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1463540091.204527.jpg

Good chance it's mostly yeast.

I went ahead and decanted into a single pint jar full and more sterile water with a good shake. If it's just yeast, good for me!

Not likely, but possible. More likely a mix of yeast, particulate, minute hop trub, proteins, funk and gunk. Personally, i'd use it with no hesitation, assuming I'm brewing something even remotely close in style to whatever you harvested from. Purists may recoil in horror at that suggestion, so take it with a grain of salt.
