so i just noticed my fermenters were at 75˚ in my house which is roughly 70˚
i moved them to the basement which is 60˚ will my fermenter temps follow the same pattern and now be 65˚????
im looking for optimal temps , i am using wy east american ale 1 and american ale 2 in two different fermenters . hope thats enough info thanks

It depends. I've seen some when there really active to be more than 10 degrees higher than room temp. One thing you can do is fill a large bucket with water and put the fermenter inside. Adding ice or frozen water bottles as necessary to get the temp you want.
